Relatives and friends wishing to attend Hazel's funeral service are invited to meet at the Crematorium Chapel on Friday, 19 April at 10 am.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be sent in Hazel's memory to JSPCC Animals' Shelter, 89 St Saviour's Road, St Helier, JE2 4GJ.
